DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful applicant will carry out the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Improve, identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. Responsiveness).
  • Create and maintain standards on fonts, colors, and images.
  • Manage style guides and UI assets.
  • Research design trends in the industry.
  • Involve and execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to developers.
  • Design and create elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.
  • Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables).

REQUIREMENTS

The successful applicant will have the following experience and skills:

  • Min 1 year of experience in Visual Communication, Interface Design, User
  • Interaction, Product Design, or equivalent
  • Present portfolio of design projects.
  • Understanding of primary front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 Javascript.
  • Comfortable designing using Adobe XD / Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe
  • Photoshop and wireframe tools (e.g. InVision).
  • Understanding of typography, color, and layout principles.
  • Experience working in an agile or scrum development process.
