The successful applicant will carry out the following duties and responsibilities:

Take responsibility for the tech development of the product.
Work closely with the founders to define and build the core product.
This is a high-growth role with the opportunity to grow into a leadership position.
Participate in the organization/ planning of development resources and schedules.
Organize and facilitate stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other related meetings with stakeholders.
Appetite for learning new things and improving existing ones, and cultivating that same appetite in the development team.

The successful applicant will have the following experience and skills:

Engineering wisdom equivalent to 2 years of experience.
Excellent English communication skills.
Programming language excellence in Java, Phyton, and/or Golang.
Studying websites and apps for network traffic analysis between
application and 3rd party network endpoints.
Inferring behaviors and building proofs of concept to replicate application behavior in other environments.
Proficiency in REST APIs, cloud services, android platforms, and web platforms.
Evidence of exposure to architectural patterns of a large, high-scale web application (e.g. well designed APIs, high-volume data pipelines, efficient algorithms).
Knowledge about backend build and deployment.
Familiar with unit/ function/ integration tests.
Previous experience in startups (Fintech) is highly preferred.
